Shri M. Pran Konchady is a retired officer of the Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS) of 1982 batch and is the former President of FMRRS (Financial Management Resource & Research Society). Prior to this he was the Vice President of FMRRS from November, 2016 to December, 2017. He retired as Additional Controller General of Accounts, (Additional CGA) Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India.
Shri M. Pran Konchady has a rich experience in the field of PFM and has worked as European PFM Specialist in Lesotho from January, 2018 to May, 2018. He has also worked as IMF Regional PFM Advisor in West Africa from 2012 -2014, World Bank PFM Advisor, Liberia from 2005-2006. Prior to this, he was Liquidator & CEO, Indian Road Construction Corporation Limited from 2001 to 2017.
