Prasar Bharati

FMRRS has been providing support to Prasar Bharati in improving the pre check function of many DDOs.

For the year 2015-16 FMRRS has also helped Prasar Bharati in reconciling its Chennai Region Accounts.

As an Intern Project, a Study has also recently been conducted on the "Transition of Prasar Bharati from Cash based Accounts to Accrual based Accounts". The main components of this Study are:

• Cash Accounts of Prasar Bharati
• Accrual Accounts of Prasar Bharati
• Advantages of Accrual basis Accounts over Cash basis Accounts
