FMRRS

The major objectives of the Society are as follows:

To create a forum where financial experts from public and private domain can discuss developments/reforms in the area of Public Financial Management.
To establish a reservoir of technical knowledge incorporating globally accepted reforms in the sphere of Public Financial Management (including legal framework).
To formulate practical guidelines/manuals that can aid the Internal auditors towards achieving desired goals.
To publish technical papers through a Technical Journal.
Organize training in Government Financial Management and related areas.
To carry out Performance audit/Review of Schemes/Programmes and procurement audit etc.
To carry out Internal Audit and other inspection activities on behalf of the Government in Ministries, Autonomous Bodies and other entities.
