Pran Konchady is a retired officer of the Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS) of 1982 batch andis presently the President of FMRRS (Financial Management Resource & Research Society) since August, 2018. Prior to this he was the Vice President of FMRRS from November, 2016 to December, 2017. He retired as Additional Controller General of Accounts, (Additional CGA) Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India.

He has a rich experience of automation & digitization during his long association of 37 years with Government of India. He handled Projects - All India Central Excise and Service Tax Computerization Project from 1980 to 2011, Council for Advancement of Peoples Actions and Rural Technology (CAPART). He earlier worked in the Ministry of Rural Development from 2011 to 2014 and also as Head of the Department of Central Excise and Service Tax Division from 2014 to 2017.

He has earlier worked as an International Expert with the International MonetaryFund for 2+ years, as Budget Adviser to the Government of Lesotho during 1997-99, as Vice-President/ President of FMRRS during 2014 – 2020 and worked on other PFM assignments for IMF during 1999 to 2002 (several deputations), World Bank Project in Bangladesh in 2012 and European Union supported PFM Reforms Project in Lesotho during 2016 – 2019. Presently, he is the Team Leader of the Independent Verification Agency for World Bank PFM Projects in Himachal Pradesh and Assam.

Currently Dipankar Sengupta is working as Deputy Director General (Scientist - 'G') as Head of Division of PFMS, e-Way Bill, Financial Intelligence Division and Accounts Informatics Division, Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India from April, 2001 onwards till date. As the Chief Technology Officer, he oversees current technology and discuss relevant policy with his client organisation and effectively holds, develops, articulates and continually evolves the strategic technical direction. He is responsible for aligning technology-related decisions with the organization's goals and for making sure the best technology is made available in a dynamically-evolving highly-competitive space.
Shri A S Chauhan former Joint Controller General of Accounts is the General Secretary of the Society. He has a vast experience in the field of Finance, Budgeting and Accounts. He has worked on World Bank Projects in Liberia/ Bangladesh. He is also a legal expert and Government Counsel.
